Definition of Terms

AgențieOnline — is the trade name of SC WHS INT SRL, a company operating the website www.agentieonline.ro, with its registered office in Piatra-Neamț, str. Bistriței, nr. 53, registered at the Trade Register under no. J27/212/2015, fiscal registration code RO34303270.

Service — the services made available by SC WHS INT SRL through the website www.agentieonline.ro.

Client — a legal entity placing an order.

User — any natural or legal person who, by completing the account creation process, has agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this website.

Website — the domain www.agentieonline.ro and its subdomains.

Order — the order for the purchase of one or more services displayed on www.agentieonline.ro, placed by a client wishing to benefit from those services.

Contract — the distance contract concluded between the seller and the buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of either party.

Document — these Terms and Conditions.

Operation of the AgentieOnline.ro Website

1.1

The administrator of AgențieOnline reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, without prior notice to users. Buyers/Clients will have permanent access to the terms and conditions of use so they may consult them at any time.

1.2

Accessing and using certain sections of the website may require the creation of an account. By doing so, the Client/Buyer declares that they assume full responsibility for all activities carried out through their account. If the account's security is compromised, the Client/Buyer must immediately notify the website administrator. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorised use of the account.

1.3

By using the AgențieOnline.ro website, the Client/Buyer agrees that Romanian law will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute that may arise between the Seller and the Client/Buyer. In the event of a conflict, an amicable resolution will be attempted first; if unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled in court at the registered office of SC WHS INT SRL (Piatra-Neamț), in accordance with Romanian law.

1.4

The seller reserves the right to modify the structure and interface of any page or subpage of www.agentieonline.ro at any time, and has the right to temporarily or permanently, partially or fully suspend the services made available to the public, without prior notice.

1.5

The seller assumes no responsibility for typographical errors.

Processing of Personal Data

6.1

All data provided by the Client/Buyer is processed solely for the purpose of providing optimal conditions for the services associated with the AgențieOnline website.

6.3

AgențieOnline uses cookies. By using this website, the Client/Buyer agrees to the privacy policy.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

7.1

If a client wishes to discontinue the service, they may simply disregard the issued proforma invoice, without any additional notification being required. In this case, the store will be deleted and the contract will be considered terminated.

7.2

No refunds are made for services already paid for. Once payment is confirmed, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

7.3

For card payments, confirmation is processed within 24–48 working hours, after which the corresponding fiscal invoice for the purchased service is issued.

Delivery

8.1

Services offered through the AgentieOnline.ro platform are delivered exclusively in digital format. After payment confirmation, the client receives access to the purchased services within 24–48 working hours.

8.2

Access to services is provided through the account created on the platform or via email delivery, depending on the nature of the service purchased.

8.3

There is no physical delivery of products. All services are digital and customised according to the client's requirements.

8.4

If additional information is required to complete the delivery (e.g. completing a brief, providing necessary materials), the delivery timeframe may be extended accordingly, and the client will be informed.
