How long does it take for my online store to be ready?
Normally, your online store is ready in approximately 7 working days from order confirmation and receipt of the necessary materials.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage the store?
No. We provide complete 1-on-1 training, so you can manage the store yourself, without any technical knowledge.
What does the monthly subscription include?
The subscription includes hosting on our servers, SSL certificate, technical support and all the modules included in the chosen plan.
Is hosting included in the subscription?
Yes, hosting on our servers is included in all plans. You don't need to buy hosting separately.
Is the domain included in the subscription?
The domain is not included in the subscription and must be purchased separately. The domain belongs entirely to you and you can manage it as you wish.
How much does it cost to create an online store?
There is a one-time setup fee of €150 + VAT, paid in two installments: €75 + VAT as an advance upon signing the contract and €75 + VAT upon project completion. Then you pay the chosen monthly subscription, between €7 and €99 / month.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No. There is no minimum contract period — you can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalties.
What does the training include?
With any subscription you benefit from a 1-on-1 remote training session, where we teach you everything you need: how to add products, how to create offers and discount coupons, how to view and process orders, how to edit information pages.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
The online store is deactivated. The domain still belongs to you and you can use it wherever you want.
Can I sell without a company (as an individual)?
No. To open an online store you need a registered company (LLC, sole proprietorship etc.).
Do I need to buy hosting or other services separately?
No. The only thing you purchase separately is the domain. Hosting, SSL certificate and technical maintenance are included in the subscription.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, as your business grows.
Will the store work on mobile phones?
Yes, all the stores we create have responsive design and work perfectly on phone, tablet and desktop.
